I purchased the Nautilus Sleep System and called the company several times with complaints. They seemed unconcerned and did say I could send it back, but with the cost of shipping and handling it was hardly worth sending it back. I did not like the bed, found it very uncomfortable and no amount of adjusting the MATTRESS could change this. I do not recommend buying the product.

I've been sleeping on the TempurPedic Pillow for just over 8 years now. It's everything the advertising says it is! It's the best pillow I've ever slept on, and one of the best gifts I've ever given myself. Until I started sleeping on the TP, I could not sleep on my back. With the TP, no problem; I sleep perfectly. One word of caution: It may take a couple of weeks to get used to. Remember that if you have a proper MATTRESS, using the TP will most likely be the first time your body has been in proper alignment when you sleep. As a result, there will be an adjustment period. For me, the adjustment period took about a week. I've known others who've taken two weeks or more. But, once adjusted, you can't get the pillows away from them! Nor, can you get mine...

It sounds like a great idea, you and your partner can choose the softness or firmness of your own side of the bed, right. Please think twice before spending the $1500.00+ you are going to spend on purchasing this bed. If one side of the bed is softer than the other, you are going to roll onto that side of the bed. When someone sits on the bed, the other side gets much firmer than it was. Then deflates again as soon as the wieght is taken off. There is a hard bar down the middle of the bed that separates the two sides. If you like your bed hard you cannot feel it, but if you have it on a softer setting, be careful that you dont roll over on it. Along with this extremly over priced bed we bought two feather pillows (at $75.00 a piece). We were sold on the product because our salesman guaranteed us that the feathers would never come out. Three months later there were feathers coming out. When we tried to get them replaced, customer service told us, "There has never been a feather pillow made that won't loose its feathers and we never should have believed such nonsense." This bed is not worth the money. Just go with a traditional MATTRESS.

We are unable to contact by phone, they answer with a machine that always says, "mailbox full, call back later. We have sent certified, return signature requested mail to no avail.
